Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)

For domestic buyers, orders from Digibuggy are shipped through registered domestic courier companies. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery times are subject to courier company/postal authority norms. Digibuggy is not liable for delays in delivery by courier companies or postal authorities and only guarantees to dispatch the consignment within the specified timeframe after order confirmation and payment. Delivery will be made to the registered address unless otherwise specified at the time of the order. Digibuggy is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. Shipping Charges: Most of our pre-built PCs and products are eligible for “Free Shipping.” For those that are not, shipping charges are calculated based on the product's weight. For multiple items ordered from the same category, the shipping weight is combined, and a single delivery fee is charged. In some cases, a flat charge may apply to an entire category or brand.
