Shipping & Returns Policy

This Shipping & Returns Policy is issued by Digibuggy Global Technologies LLP (“Company”) and applies to custom desktop computer systems, components, accessories, and related products (“Products”) sold directly via our official channels, including https://www.digibuggy.com.


Sales Policy

Digibuggy sells Products only through our official website and authorized channels. No person or business is authorized to sell Digibuggy products without a formal written agreement with the Company. If you encounter a listing elsewhere, please verify with us at support@digibuggy.com.


Shipping Policy

Built to order: Every Digibuggy custom PC is assembled and tested by hand. Order processing begins immediately after checkout, but processing ≠ shipping. Typical timelines are:

  • Standard Custom PCs: 2–7 Business days for assembly, testing & dispatch
  • High-end / specialized builds: 1–3 weeks, depending on part availability and validation
  • Component-only orders: usually 2–5 business days to dispatch

Peak periods & exceptions: During festivals, sales, or industry shortages, fulfillment may extend to 20–30 days.

Pre-orders & back-orders: If an item in your order is on pre-order/back-order, we’ll email you within 24 hours of purchase with the ETA and options (wait/replace/cancel the item).

Shipping region: We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available.

Tracking: You’ll receive a shipment email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched. Tracking may activate up to 24 hours after courier pickup.

Multiple packages: Orders may ship in multiple boxes (e.g., PC + monitor + peripherals). If a box is missing, it may still be in transit.

Address changes: If you need to update your shipping address, email sales@digibuggy.com with your Order Number as soon as possible. Address changes are possible only before dispatch.

Delivery inspection: On delivery, please check the outer packaging. If you notice transit damage, note it with the courier (if possible) and contact support@digibuggy.com within 48 hours with photos so we can assist promptly.

Order status: For “Where is my order?” queries, email sales@digibuggy.com with your Order Number.


Returns & Refunds Policy

No returns / refunds for shipped orders: Because each system is built to order and extensively tested, Digibuggy does not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has shipped.
Warranty support: Hardware issues are covered under our Warranty Policy (repair or replacement as applicable). Please read the full terms here: https://www.digibuggy.com/legal/warranty

Missing or wrong items (on delivery):

  1. Compare what you received with your Order Confirmation and Packing Slip (some items may arrive in a separate box).
  2. If something is missing or incorrect, email sales@digibuggy.com with your Order Number, photos (if any), and details.
  3. We’ll verify any remaining in-transit packages and arrange corrections as needed.

Payment-related refunds (exceptions):
Refunds may be issued only for duplicate/failed transactions or unserviceable orders (e.g., part unavailable with no suitable replacement).

  • Where supported by our payment gateway, instant refunds may be available on UPI, Net Banking, and TPV; otherwise, standard settlement timelines apply.
  • We may request your bank details or additional information to complete the refund.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment source wherever possible.
