Terms & Conditions

Format of the Contract

These terms apply to all products sold by Digibuggy. A contract is formed only when your order is accepted, and payment is received in full. You will receive an acknowledgment email, but the contract becomes binding only when an acceptance email is sent. We may amend these terms at any time without prior notice for future orders.

Description and Price of Goods

The description and price of the products will be displayed on the Digibuggy website at the time of order placement. All goods are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, we will notify you and offer alternatives or issue a refund. Pricing errors will be corrected, and you will have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

Payment

Payment must be made in full before delivery. We accept all major payment methods as listed on our website. There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received.

Delivery

Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. Orders placed before 3 PM on a working day will be processed the same day, subject to availability and security checks. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

Once the courier collects your parcel, Digibuggy is not liable for delays. Contact the courier directly for updates. Digibuggy is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional fees due to such errors will be the customer’s responsibility.

Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect the package. If it appears damaged, refuse delivery or sign as “unchecked.” Failure to do so may affect future warranty claims.

Warranty & Returns Policy

Warranty

If a product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery to report the issue. Digibuggy will take the necessary steps to resolve the problem.

Return to Base (RTB)

RTB warranty requires customers to return the faulty part to our service center. Digibuggy will cover the cost of sending the repaired/replaced item back to the customer. Return shipping charges for faulty items are the customer’s responsibility.

Physical Damage

Products that are physically damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or incorrect installation are not covered by warranty. Digibuggy will return such items at the customer’s expense.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds will only be issued in cases of complete shipment loss. Refund requests may take up to 9 business days to process.

For custom-built PCs, cancellations after order placement will incur a fee:
- 10% of the invoice if components have been allocated and the build process has started.

Limitation of Liability

Digibuggy is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including lost profits, business losses, or damage to goodwill. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

Promotional Items

Promotional items (such as free accessories) do not carry any warranty. Digibuggy will not be liable for faults with these items, as they are provided “as-is” from the manufacturer. All promotions are valid while stocks last.
