Performance and quality are identical. Retail parts include retail packaging and extras (manuals, CDs, stock coolers). OEM parts come tray/bulk for system builders and may omit extras. We use a mix of both. For example, we often pair OEM CPUs with better-than-stock aftermarket coolers included in your build. Savings from OEM sourcing are passed on to you—without compromising performance.

Store pickup is available. You can either pick up your PC in person or choose DIY assembly at our Experience Zone, where you can build your system yourself with our experts guiding you. If you’d like, we can also shoot photos or a timelapse video of your build for you to keep. Standard delivery through our courier partners with tracking is also available.
Every Digibuggy system is custom-built for you, so we do not offer exchanges or cross-shipments. Warranty support covers repair or replacement of defective hardware per policy.

Tracking is created when your order ships. Build-to-order systems require assembly and testing before dispatch. You’ll get a shipment email with tracking once the courier picks up your package (often after 6:30 PM IST).
