Digibuggy Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty contains the sole express warranty made by Digibuggy Global Technologies LLP (“Company”) in connection with new custom desktop computer systems and related products (“Products”) sold directly by the Company.

By purchasing or accepting the Product, the Buyer acknowledges that the limitation of liability forms part of the terms of sale and constitutes a binding agreement enforceable by the Company. Any warranties, if separately provided in writing, are extended only to the Buyer whose name appears on the Company’s invoice or contract.

All products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties where applicable. Digibuggy is not responsible for manufacturer claims except as outlined in this Policy. Warranty service obligations apply only if the Buyer has paid in full for the Product(s).


Warranty Coverage

  1. Warranty Period:
    • Digibuggy warrants to the original purchaser that the Product(s) shall be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year limited on-site hardware warranty (from the invoice date).
    • Extended Warranty/AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) options may be available for purchase.
  2. Scope of Coverage:
    • Onsite service (labour) for 1 year (or as per extended warranty).
    • Lifetime technical support (via phone/email/remote).
    • Replacement/repair of defective components, as determined by Digibuggy.
    • Parts are covered under manufacturer warranty term
  3. What is Covered:
    • Hardware components supplied and installed by Digibuggy.
    • Monitors and keyboards supplied with the system (if applicable).
  4. What is Not Covered:
    • Software, operating systems, third-party applications, or data.
    • External devices, accessories, or upgrades added later that were not part of the original build.
    • Cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear.
    • Engraved/customized items (engraving not covered under replacement).

Note: Replacement parts carry warranty only for the remainder of the original warranty period.


Warranty Disclaimers & Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Improper use, abuse, accidents, mishandling, or negligence.
  2. Unauthorized modifications, third-party repairs, or tampering.
  3. Power surges, fluctuations, improper earthing, or environmental damage (fire, water, lightning, etc.).
  4. Malware, viruses, Trojans, or software-related issues.
  5. Failures arising from non-Digibuggy approved parts or accessories.
  6. Installation, relocation, or servicing carried out by unauthorized parties.
  7. Data loss — customers are solely responsible for maintaining backups.

Service Request & Delivery

  2. Service process:
    • Remote troubleshooting will be attempted first.
    • If unresolved, an engineer may be deputed onsite.
    • Response time target: within 2 working days.
    • Resolution time target: within 3 working days (subject to part availability)
  3. Ownership of Parts:
    • Parts removed during repair become the property of Digibuggy.
    • Repairs may involve new or reconditioned parts.
    • Warranty terms do not extend with replacement — only the original term applies.

Limitation of Liability

  • The Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of the defective product at Digibuggy’s discretion.
  • In no event shall Digibuggy be liable for:
    • Loss of use, data, revenues, or profits.
    • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Digibuggy’s liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the defective product.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory involved (contract, tort, negligence, consumer protection, or otherwise).


Governing Law

This Warranty Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Buyer agrees that competent courts in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes related to this contract.


Important Notes for Customers

  • Please ensure regular data backups — Digibuggy is not liable for data/software loss during service.
  • Warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Digibuggy Global Technologies LLP or its authorized sales channels.
  • Use of non-authorized service providers or third-party modifications will void the warranty.
