The MSI MEG Z890 ACE Wi‑Fi is a premium ATX motherboard built on Intel’s Z890 chipset for the LGA 1851 socket, targeting Intel Core Ultra Series 2 CPUs. It features a powerful 24+2+1+1 power design with 110A Smart Power Stages, plus an OC Engine to maximize CPU performance. Memory support includes 4 × DDR5 DIMM slots, with overclocking potential up to 9200+ MT/s and a maximum capacity of 256 GB. For storage, the board offers up to five M.2 slots (including a PCIe 5.0 ×4 slot) and also supports four SATA III ports. Expansion includes two PCIe 5.0 ×16 slots and one PCIe 4.0 ×4 slot. On the connectivity front, it comes with dual Thunderbolt 4 ports, 10 Gb Ethernet, Wi‑Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4. The board includes robust cooling through its Frozr thermal design (heatsinks, dual-sided M.2 Shield Frozr, backplate) and supports “Frozr AI” thermal management. For audio, it uses a high-quality Realtek ALC4082 codec plus ESS Sabre9219Q DAC, delivering virtual 7.1 surround sound. There are also onboard buttons for BIOS Flash, power, and reset, plus RGB headers and debug LEDs for easier builds.
